Just an update on Saturday 8D We took charter buses to Austin. The bathroom smelled horrible. And I had to use it three times. >-> Two of those times were on the ride back home, and almost everyone in the back was sleeping with their feet stuck out in the aisle. You know how hard it is to go all the way to the back while stepping over feet while the bus rocks back and forth?
Very, very hard. I even smacked into the door. XD;;
But anyway, I finally saw UP~ 8D And it was every bit of amazing that everyone's been telling me. The ending didn't disappoint me at all, and the first ten minutes
were really sad. ;-;
On the way back, we watched Star Trek, and since everyone's been telling me that it was really awesome too, I decided to give it a shot. Not even half an our in, I gave up. Because this stupid freshmen (or whatever grade he was in) wouldn't shut up.
He'd say the line like ten or so seconds before it was given out on screen. For example, he'd go, "Citizen, pull over." Ten seconds later, the cop on screen said, "Citizen pull over" and so on and so forth.
I couldn't take it any more and went to sleep.
Bus rides aside, we lost the football game. :/ I'm really really proud of our team though...and it must hurt a lot more for them than for me. I also think the referees were bribed...I wasn't the only one XD Can't really say anything though; while I get the basic concept of the game, I still don't understand half (or any, actually) of the calls the refs make. XD;;
BUT (and the journal is ending soon, don't worry 8D) I read a comment on an article that completely made my day:
The CR band was outstanding playing so loud everytime WHS was on offense & they even had us impressed with their stamina.And it wasn't even everyone either. 8D From what I saw, each section was missing about half of their players, some more and some less.
THAT IS ALL.
Have an awesome-sauce week 8D
